Daejin University distributed 1,000 self-diagnosis kits to the Pocheon and Dongducheon branches of the Disabled People's Association on January 6th. The site where the donations took place was the guest room on the 2nd floor of Daejin University’s main building. The kits will be used towards the prevention of additional COVID-19 infection in nearby areas through preemptive testing for early detection.
President Leem Youngmoon said, “As a university that represents the region, I hope that these kits can be used to quickly detect whether local residents are infected with the virus. This will enable us all to cope better with COVID-19 in the midst of the pandemic.”
