- 2026-07-20
On June 27, the "Affiliated High School Guidance Counselors and Daejin University Counseling Professors Council" was held at Daejin Design High School. Hosted by the educational foundation, this council brought together guidance counselors from six affiliated high schools and counseling professors from Daejin University to enhance student counseling capabilities and explore ways to foster collaboration among the schools. During the council, a counseling professor from Daejin University first introduced practical applications of "Expectancy and Value" that can be applied to student counseling. This was followed by the sharing of actual counseling cases from each school, jointly examining the difficulties and challenges faced in the field, and engaging in in-depth discussions on effective counseling directions and improvement measures.
Kim Jin-hwa, Chairman of the Development Committee of the Educational Foundation, stated, "If a council that brings together our six affiliated high schools and Daejin University contributes to the development of our schools, we will further expand such venues for exchange to enhance teachers' expertise and ultimately ensure that this experience positively impacts our students."
