Chuseok is one of Korea’s major traditional holidays, celebrated on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month. It is also known as Jungchujeol (仲秋節), Gabae (嘉俳), Gawi, or Hangawi.
Chuseok Chiseong (Devotional Offering Ceremoney) is a meaningful observance in which practitioners express gratitude for the abundant harvest and reflect on the grace of Sangjenim, who governs and nourishes all things. This year’s ceremony was held without attendance restrictions, allowing many practitioners from across the country to participate together.
