Daejin University Opened Daejin Welcome School, a Character Development Program
Daejin University successfully held an event titled, ‘Daejin Welcome School' under the slogan of “Daejin in Metaverse.” 1,400 freshmen from 38 departments participated over a 7-day long period from Monday, March 14th to Tuesday, March 22nd, 2022. This event was held with various programs designed to improve the character of freshmen, such as ‘MBTI diagnosis and mission progress,’ ‘communication using the game, Dixit,’ ‘career roadmap navigating’, and ‘special on-the-job lectures.’ At the talk concert, Daejin University President Leem Youngmoon remarked, “As a university committed to student success, I hope that we continue to do our best to fulfill our mission.”

Daesoon Jinrihoe's Geumgangsan Toseong Training Temple Complex Won a Commendation from the Governor of Gangwon-do
At the '2019 Goseong-gun Volunteers' Conference' held on December 12 at the Goseong Culture House, a volunteer group from Geumgangsan Toseong Training Temple Complex received a commendation from the Governor of Gangwon-do in recognition of their continual volunteer work and their contributions to supporting of the victims of the wildfire that broke out in Goseong in 2019.

The 2019 Graduation Ceremonies of Daejin Affiliated High Schools
Six high schools affiliated with Daejin University held their 2019 graduation ceremonies. The number of graduates were as follows: 387 at Daejin High School, 371 at Daejin Girls' High School, 343 at Bundang Daejin High School, 405 at Ilsan Daejin High School, 223 at Daejin Design High School, and 241 at Daejin Electronic Communications High School.

Doctrinal Research Cyber Conferences between Daesoon Jinrihoe and Chang Hsin-Fang of the Taiwanese New Religion, Weixin Shengjiao
Starting on March 4th, a team from the Religious Research and Edification Department comprised of researchers, Head Edifier Lee Jaeho and Head Propogator Jeon Seonggi and also the leader of the International Affairs Team, Head Guide Cha Ikje began doctrinal research cyber conferences with the Head of Weixin Shengjiao Religious Research and Development Center, Chang Hsin-Fang. Chang is a PhD student at National Chengchi University in Taiwan and is currently composing her doctoral thesis which compares the doctrines of Daesoon Jinrihoe and Weixin Shengjiao. To aid in her preparations, she has been attending doctrinal research cyber conferences with Daesoon Jinrihoe researchers once or twice a week.

Geumgangsan Toseong Training Temple Complex Donated Rice to Goseong-gun
On January 16th, as an act of Charity Aid (one of Daesoon Jinrihoe's 3 Major Societal Works), 550 bags of white rice (equivalent to 15 million won) donated by Geumgangsan Toseong Training Temple Complex were delivered to 550 households in underprivileged households in Goseong-gun. This was a great way to bring in the new year and show love to those in need. The officials of Goseong-gun, who distributed the rice, expressed their gratitude for the devotion and sincerity of those who donated.
